receant iPad issues:overheating and wifi problems
Reports show that a number of users of the brand new “iPad” have been running into both wifi and over-heating problems.Most common among the Wi-Fi complaints are reports of a weak or fluctuating signal.Many of the users also note having other PCs, Macs, and/or iPhones on the same network, none of which expierience the same issue.
Also the atlantic have confirmed that many iPad users are expierencing there iPads shutting down due to over heating:O wether it be because of outside in the sun or just simply charging more than likely a message will appear saying: “iPad needs to cool down before you can use it.
One user reported that a reboot and moving to a shaded area fixed the problem, while another said his unit has shut down four separate times already.
This could be due to the sun,charging or even faulty thermal sensors either way Apple will have to do something about it.
iphone os 4.0 event on april 8th
Apple has begun sending email invitations to select members of the media inviting them to a “sneak peek of the next generation of iPhone OS software.” The invitation features a large graphic with a large “4” shadow spread across a blue background, with “Get a sneak peek into the future of iPhone OS” overlaid in white text. The event will be held on Apple’s Cupertino, CA campus and will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on April 8.

so yea the iPad was finally released today i dont have one so yea cant say much on it:/
iphone OS 4.0 speculations
As the iphone OS 4.0 looms over us there has been recent rumours/speculations about what features it will include much of these rumours mightent be true but Im gonna say them anyway and get your opinion on them:
1.Multitasking:An apple insider reporter has recently claimed that OS 4.0 will be able to multitask,for the price range of both ipod touch and iphone you would of expected this to of came much earlier,If apple dont go ahead with this multitasking speculation it will be a big mistake as most phones such as samsung tocco and motorola droid already have it evuntually they will pass out the iphone and the iphone will be just a memory
2.iChat: Of course this is iPhone only,no definite source but around the interwebs there has been rumours of iChat coming to the iPhone.Are you joking?? That would be a complete waste of time as the camera for the iphone is on the back you wont even be able to see who you are chatting with.
3.Themes?:Apple has recently been discussing Themes for both iPod and iPhone. This would be an excellent feature on both ours and their part as it will basically elimanate the need for jailbreaking. This would be a very welcome addition the iphone OS

Geohot announces untethered jailbreak!!!!!
Once again geohot has made a breakthrough he has announced that he has devolped an untethered jailbreakwhich will work on all thetered models! the video below says it all:
geohot also had this to say:
“The jailbreak is all software based, and is as simple to use as blackra1n. It is completely untethered, works on all current tethered models(ipt2, 3gs, ipt3), and will probably work on iPad too.
Don’t ask about a release date. You won’t make it happen any sooner”
so not only will it be iphone 3gs and all other ipod touch devices but more than likely it will jailbreak the iPad! can you imagine a jailbroken iPad?????

thanks to mac rumours we now have info of what to expect with the ipad apps,already big named apps are going to be hitting the ipad with a bang such apps include:
- Flight Control HD
- Real Racing HD
- Labyrinth 2 HD
- Cro-mag Rally for iPad
- Enigmo Deluxe
- And more…
it seems these apps are all going to be ported form the iphone to the ipad. and the devolpers are going to only be focused on the graphical quality rather than the huge touch-screen. Although porting apps from iphone to ipad is a very clever idea as it saves time and money,if im buying the ipad i will like to see some apps exsclusive to the iPad and the apps above that are being ported from the iphone app store i would like to see them have some features exsclusively on the iPad and i would like to see the apps make more use of the large touch screen otherwise in my opinion the app store for iPad is a waste of time.
new jailbreak for ipod touch 3g?
As alot of you ipod touch owners out there know there are currently no jailbreaks for the ipod touch 3g which are untethered,that is soon to change………. it will be called green poison this program will be as fats as blackra1n and will be able to jailbreak all idevices and of course it will untethered.
This jailbreak also uses a new exploit which apple will not be able to patch up:) it will be released in june around the same time iphone and ipod touch os40 should come out so you will have to wait:( some of the features:
- No DFU required
- No libUSB required
- No extra time to send over a ramdisk and boot that, everything is planned to be done over iBoot
- No IPSW required, firmware files are read directly from flash, then decrypted and patched on the fly, then reflashed and / or put aside to be booted from later
- Mac, WIndows, and Linux support
